CROSSFITKIDS CLASS

Play, Move & Thrive

CrossFit Kids offers a fun, safe environment for your child to explore exercise through engaging games and activities. Our trained coaches introduce kids to basic bodyweight and gymnastic movements, focusing on enjoyment, proper technique, and building confidence. Each 45-minute class provides personal support in a small group setting, fostering friendships and overall well-being.

Sign up for a course of 8 sessions during the term, and feel free to join us for a free taster class. Parents are welcome to visit and see what we’re up to before leaving us to lead the class.
