Our Approach

Our CrossFit program is designed to encompass three key modalities

WEIGHTLIFTING

Build strength and power through the Olympic lifts: the Barbell Clean, Jerk and Snatch.

Gymnastics

Master bodyweight movements such as pull-ups, handstands, and muscle-ups, developing balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Metabolic Condition

Elevate your cardiovascular fitness with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that incorporate varied functional movements like running, rowing, and kettlebell swings.

    08:00 – 12:00
